Prototipazione rapida ed economica di
articoli a geometria complessa, realizzati tramite stampa 3D, in gomma o
resina con una elevata precisione e un'ottima finitura superficiale. Il
modello cos?ottenuto ?perfetto per effettuare delle verifiche
dimensionali, funzionali ed estetiche prima di un eventuale sviluppo su
larga scala del progetto. Ma pu?essere anche perfettamente funzionante
e pu?inoltre subire altre lavorazioni meccaniche che si rendano
necessarie o trattamenti superficiali tipo verniciatura, cromatura,
metallizzazione, ecc. Il modello pu?inoltre essere utilizzato per
realizzare uno stampo a cera persa oppure in silicone liquido (vacuum
casting).
Il disegno in CAD 3D viene acquisito
da una stampante 3D che, tramite deposito di microstrati di polimeri
fotosensibili ai raggi UV, realizza un modello perfettamente funzionale.
Si possono ottenere parti multiple, anche assemblabili o gi?
assemblate. Le dimensioni blue supras for girls massime consentite dal
processo di stampa sono di 320x320x200 mm e la precisione di
realizzazione ?di 200 micron.
I materiali che ?possibile
utilizzare per la prototipazione sono: gomma con durezze di 27 61 e 75
ShA, polipropilene 76 ShD, possibili anche resine rigide, semirigide e
trasparenti. Vedi tabella.
